About to start second year on Graphic Design :) First year was good, got a 2:1 equivalent

Need to find somewhere to live first :s getting a little worried about it, the estate agents telling me they have nothing! Nothing? sigh. We'll see, I have at least a month before I have to start on Oct 11th so it's not too late to find a house within walking distance of uni

Much has happened since last journal entry. I got an illustration interview in clearing with a guy called Jeff (Geoff, not sure), waited about a week then rang up and found out they didn't give me a place :| not sure if they were even planning on telling me!
Oh well it was two days until the end of clearing so I jumped right back on the horse and rang up again to see if they had any places left on Graphic Design. They did! Phew :) last chance saloon. I got to work on my portfolio again to show I can do Graphics and Will helped me to make a small offline website which had digital work in that I did not have time to get printed.

lol
no that's an awful way to start a blog. Oh well we're here now may as well get on with it
I've asked Will to e-mail me the things from his PC that I've drawn cause I'm at home and unable to access them to upload to DA. I haven't got them yet so I've rang him twice the first two days, third day there was no answer on the house phone so they must have been out. Grr. I will have my vengeance. So there that proves I actually have things to upload.
In the mean time I managed to get Photoshop and Illustrator (wink wink) and am working on things in there. Gimp is a little too unfamilliar yet, it lacks the handy shortcuts I kn
